Department of Physics and Astronomy @ Seoul National University
HND, the name of our research group, stands for Hybrid Nano structure and Device Laboratory. We pursue research on "Hybrid Nano-structures" by combining carbon nanotubes (CNTs) or graphene based nano-structures with bio-molecules such as proteins or DNA. Our specific research areas include 1) bioelectronic nose/tongue, 2) highly sensitive bio-medical sensors, 3) nano-scale imaging of local charge transport in channel materials via a scanning noise microscopy.
