About HND
HND, the name of our research group, stands for Hybrid Nano structure and Device Laboratory. We pursue research on nano-scale hybrid systems comprised of solid state devices and organic materials. Hybrid system could provide many physical, chemical and biological circumstances. To control such system, we have focused these techniques; carbon nanotubes(CNTs) assembly the configuration of organic molecular patterns, direct deposition processing Dip-pen lithography, combining bio-molecules & nanoparticles with conventional solid-state devices and fabricating nanowire to the integrate circuit. These techniques may pave the way to hybrid system based electronics industries that can have a direct impact on everyday human life.
