Research Interests

I am interested in nanoscale hybrid systems comprised of solid state devices and organic materials. Specifically, my research groups are trying to answer two important questions.

  1. How can we combine organic systems with solid state devices to create new nanoscale functional devices?
  2. What is the electrical and mechanical propreties of nanoscale hybrid systems?

My focus research areas are:

  • Nanoscale Biosensors
  • Electrical Noises in Nano-structures
  • Nano- and Molecular Electronics
  • Dip-Pen Nanolithography and Molecular Reconition
